Coaching for lawyers

On many occasions the firms, and the lawyers themselves, work based on what the market and / or the environment marks them, without time to stop and ask the right questions.

Other times they work based on what they tell the market that they are, whether it is true or not, because they believe that it is what is expected of them, and they do it through their beliefs and paradigms, without necessarily being correct for the moment. and the environment in which they interact

As people and professionals, lawyers must be able to identify the differences and the implications that exist between attitudes taken based on (i) what they think they want or is better for them and their firm, (ii) what they really want and (iii) what they need.
